STAGE 2: Project Specifications
|
At this stage Web-Directors will provide specifications for
all aspects of the project. The following items will be submitted
for your review and approval. A site map outlining the navigational
structure of the website Sample pages matching the design preferences
specified in stage 1 Documentation of project timelines and
deliverables. Once these items have been presented to the satisfaction
of the client the project specifications will be presented for
final approval.

STAGE 3: Site Development
|
In this stage the Web-Directors project team will create a
pre-release version of the website. The individual pages outlined
in the proposal will be implemented based on the agreed upon
project specifications. Our clients are then able to view the
pre-release version.

STAGE 4: Systematic Testing
|
During this stage Web-Directors will perform a systematic
test of each page included as part of the web project. Each
page is reviewed manually by Web-Directors using a webpage checklist.
We compare each item on the checklist against each page to ensure
each page conforms to the project specifications and is error
free. Some of the areas covered in the design checklist are.
Do all fonts and colors match the project specifications? Is
all spelling accurate? Is the navigation on the page error free
and accurate? Are all graphics referenced on the page available?

STAGE 5: Final Review
and Implementation
|
At this stage you may review the final product in the convenience
of your house. Once this review has been completed to your satisfaction
the site will be transferred to the live address for the website
for viewing by the general public. Our development process is
designed to not only create a high quality final product, but
also to keep our clients aware and involved in the development
process. We believe it is essential to keep you informed at
every step in our relationship.
